1. Order Processing Time

All Prepaid orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the time the order is placed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

Other Cities: 3–7 business days

Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, festivals, or unforeseen situations.

3. Shipping Charges

We currently offer Free Shipping on all orders.

Shipping charges, if any, will be updated on this page in the future.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

You can use this link to check real-time delivery updates.

5. Packaging Quality

All perfumes are packed with extra care using:

Protective bubble wrap

Fragile-safe boxes

Tamper-proof courier bags

This ensures your fragrance reaches you safely and without damage.

6. Wrong / Incomplete Address

If delivery fails due to:

Wrong address

Missing address details

Phone not reachable

The shipment may return to us (RTO).

In such cases, reshipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Damaged, Leaked, or Wrong Product

If you receive:

A damaged bottle

Leakage

Broken outer box

Wrong product

You must inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery along with clear product photos.

8. Return & Replacement

We accept returns only in the following cases:

Wrong product received

Damaged or leaked item

Missing item

Note:

Perfumes that are opened or used cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

To request a return, please visit our return policy page where you will find the ‘Return request’ button.

The Return Request Form is visible only to logged-in customers, so you must log in to your account to submit a return request.
