1. ✅ Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The perfume bottle arrived damaged, leaked, or broken
  • The product is sealed, unused, and in its original packaging
  • Note: Due to the nature of fine fragrances, opened or used products cannot be accepted for return for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Note: The Return Request Form is visible only to logged-in customers, so you must log in to your account to submit a return request.

Note : Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.


2. 💳 Refund Process

Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Once your return is approved and the product is received, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.


3. ❌ No Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges. Only refunds are processed if the return meets eligibility criteria.


4. 📝 Proof Required

To process your return or refund, please provide:

• Order ID

• Clear photos and video of the product and packaging showing the issue

• Description of the problem

• Unboxing video is strongly recommended to verify damage, leakage, or missing item claims. Requests without proper photo or video proof may be rejected to prevent misuse and ensure fair service for all customers.
